Melania Trump Denies Epstein Ties, Calls for Survivor Hearings Amid Documentary Premiere

Melania Trump Denies Any Connection to Jeffrey Epstein

First Lady Melania Trump appeared at the premiere of her new documentary alongside President Donald Trump, walking the black carpet in a rare joint public appearance.

Later that day she summoned reporters to the White House and delivered a surprise statement. Trump asserted she “never had a relationship” with the late financier Jeffrey Epstein or his associate Ghislaine Maxwell, denied being a victim, and said she had no knowledge of Epstein’s crimes. She called the rumors “mean‑spirited attempts to defame my reputation.”

The remarks, delivered from the same podium Donald Trump used for a recent national address, included a call for Congress to hold a public hearing with Epstein’s survivors. Several members of the House Oversight Committee quickly voiced support for a formal hearing.

The first lady also blasted what she described as “an array of false claims” circulating about her ties to Epstein, framing the controversy as a concerted defamation campaign.
